Duration: The flight usually lasts between 1 and 1.5 hours, depending on weather conditions and wind direction.

Capacity: Flights are operated in balloons with a maximum capacity of 32 people.

How the morning works: Our private shuttle picks you up from your hotel at least 1 hour in advance. At the launch area you can watch the balloons being prepared. After a gentle landing, celebrate with a hot breakfast, fresh fruit, bread, snacks, tea and coffee while the team packs up the balloon.

Schedule and weather: Flights take place early in the morning, every day of the year, and depend on the day's weather conditions.

Weather cancellations and refunds: If a flight is cancelled because of the weather, your booking is moved to the next morning if a place is available, or you receive a full refund. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance also receive a full refund.

Payment: The remaining amount must be paid one day before or on the day of the tour. An extra €15 commission per person applies to credit card payments.

Safety and crew: We have been serving Cappadocia since 2010. Our pilots hold PPL and SPL licences with more than 1,000 hours of flight experience.

What to wear: Long trousers, long-sleeved tops and comfortable footwear.

Age and health: Children under 5 cannot fly. Children under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Pregnant guests and guests who have recently had major surgery cannot be accommodated for safety reasons.

Book early: Balloon flights are strictly regulated by the Turkish Civil Aviation Authority, with a maximum of 2,000 places available per day, so booking early secures your place.
