How do I book a tour?
Choose a tour or activity, then send a booking request with your date and number of people, or message us on WhatsApp. We confirm availability and details with you. No payment is taken on this website.
Why do the hot air balloon and private tours say "ask for price"?
Balloon prices change every day, so we confirm the live price for your date. Private tours start from €150 per person and the final price depends on your plan. Ask us on WhatsApp or send a request.
What currency are your prices in?
All prices are in euros (EUR). Each tour shows whether the price is per person, per vehicle, per ATV or for a set group.
Where are you based?
We are in Nevşehir, in the heart of Cappadocia. Our address, phone number and map are on the contact page.
What happens if my balloon flight is cancelled because of the weather?
Your booking is moved to the next morning if a place is available, or you receive a full refund. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance also receive a full refund.
